When you eat a lot of added sugar, your liver gets overloaded with fructose and is forced to turn into fat. It not only increases liver fat, and belly fat. Liquid sugar is even worse! Liquid calories don’t get registered by the brain in the same way as solid calories, so when you drink sugar-sweetened beverages, you end up eating more calories. Be sure to eliminate these from your diet.

Protein is the most important macronutrient when it comes to losing weight. It reduces those cravings by 60% – This is HUGE!  It will help boost your metabolism by 80-100 calories per day and help you eat less. If you want to lose weight adding protein is the most effective change you can make to your diet. Protein can help fight the belly fat. Make an increased effort to eat higher protein foods such as eggs, fish, seafood, nuts, meat, and dairy products. Cooking your food in coconut oil is a much healthier option.

3 – Carbs

Having carb restrictions is a very effective way to lose fat. When cutting those carbs, your appetite goes down, and you lose weight.

Exercise is the most important and has the best benefits. It’s the best thing you can do if you want to live a long, healthy life. It will help reduce belly fat. You can spot reduction in losing fat in certain areas. Doing excess abs workouts will not make you lose fat from your belly.
