I’m Rita Almusa, Master Esthetician, Skin Expert, Makeup Artist and Co-Founder of MintPear.com. It’s my passion to help you get the best skin of your life while using the best products for your health.
I’m thrilled to share with you a step-by-step guide on how to create a dazzling look using the Tarteist Pro Remix palette. I’m using this palette for the first time today, and I can’t wait to explore its vibrant shades with you. Let’s dive into this makeup adventure together!

Embracing the Tarteist Pro Remix Palette (0:00 – 0:16)

Today’s video is super exciting as I’ll be showing you how to use the Tarteist Pro Remix palette to create a beautiful eyeshadow look. I’m using this palette for the first time, and I’m absolutely excited to share this experience with you.

Foundation for Perfection: Skin Priming and Foundation Application (0:16 – 1:04)

First things first, let’s prepare our canvas. I’m beginning with the Laura Mercier foundation primer, which I apply over my moisturizer and serums. It’s essential for that perfect base. For foundation, I’ve chosen the Lancôme Teint Idole Ultra Wear in shade 260 – bisque nude, applied flawlessly with a Mint Pear Flat Top Kabuki brush. It’s all about creating that seamless base.

Conceal, Set, and Define: The Art of Contouring (1:32 – 6:24)

Moving on to concealing with my favorite, Tarte Shape Tape in fair neutral. I love how it blends with the same Kabuki brush. To set everything, I’m using the Laura Mercier setting powder with a Mint Pear large powder brush. And now, for a bit of warmth and dimension, I’m using a Lancôme set – a touch of bronzer, blush, and highlighter to bring out those cheekbones.

Eyebrows frame our face, so I’m using It Cosmetics Brow Power in Universal Taupe, set with Benefit Give Me Brow Brow Gel. Now, let’s have fun with our eyes! I start with Mixed Media as my base shade, followed by Wall Art in the crease for added depth. Then, a pop of Mashup on the lid – let’s make those eyes sparkle!

Eye Magic: Crafting the Eyeshadow Look (6:26 – 9:52)

It’s time for the magic! I keep the vibrant Mashup on the lid and run it under my eyes for a cohesive look. Next, I add Mic Drop in my crease, blending upwards. Adding a bit of Graffiti on the outer lid, and a dash of Moon Lit under my lash line, really makes the eyes stand out. I love using Graphic for a unique eyeliner twist.

The Final Flourish: Highlight, Lashes, and Lips (9:53 – 12:22)

I typically go for a matte highlight under my brow bone, but today, let’s add a little shimmer. These shadows are so pigmented; a light touch is all you need. Lashes are up next – I prime them with Lancôme seal booster and top it with Lancôme Defense Seal mascara. I finish off with Ardell wispy lashes for that dramatic effect. For lips, I chose Sephora’s liner in sink or suede and crayon in rock candy – a delightful lilac to match our eyeshadow.

The Tarteist Pro Remix Palette: A Canvas of Creativity

The Tarteist Pro Remix palette, which I showcased today, is a testament to Tarte’s innovation. It’s a palette that encourages creativity and experimentation. The shades are not just stunning but also versatile, suitable for any occasion. Whether it’s a subtle daytime look or a bold evening appearance, this palette has got you covered. The pigmentation, blendability, and the way these shadows sit on the skin are phenomenal. It’s like painting on a canvas but with colors that are kind to your skin

Tarte’s Environmental and Social Impact

Another aspect that draws me to Tarte is their social and environmental initiatives. Tarte is constantly involved in charitable activities, emphasizing the importance of giving back. Their eco-friendly packaging, commitment to reducing waste, and support for various causes reflect a brand that is not only about beauty products but also about making a positive impact in the world.

Wrapping Up with Love: Closing Thoughts (12:22 – End)

I’m absolutely in love with the Tarte palette and the myriad of looks we can create. Today was a fun experiment, and I hope you enjoyed this tutorial as much as I did making it.
